Mathematics Day Celebrations

Maths Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm in our school on 22nd December to mark the birth anniversary of the great mathematician Srinivasa Ramanujan. The programme was organized by the Mathematics Department to create interest and awareness among students about the importance of mathematics in daily life.

The celebration began with a short introduction about the life and achievements of Srinivasa Ramanujan. Students delivered speeches highlighting his contributions to the field of mathematics. A variety of activities were conducted such as quiz competitions, puzzle solving, mental maths challenges, and model exhibitions.

Students from different classes actively participated in these activities. Many creative charts, mathematical models, and projects were displayed in the exhibition. Teachers encouraged students to develop logical thinking and problem-solving skills through fun-based learning methods.
